河濱公園旁，周圍也算方便，二樓還有個室外餐廳。看得出想用心做好，唉，我説花灑架壞了，給我換了個全新花灑，我説護髮素裏裝的是洗髮水，可也沒改呀。小縣城也衹能做到這個水平了。

這次到石林入住雲水畔紫雲閣酒店，感受不佳！首先前台客服接待就很差，態度冷淡，辦了入住手續，突然又説要交100元按金，感覺非常不理解。（住了無數家中外酒店、旅社都沒有遇到收按金的）詢問收按金理由，説是房間內有計生用品、一次性刮鬍刀是自費的，離開客房時完好沒有使用就退按金。我對這樣收按金的理由表示不滿，跟客服反應衹回答一句話：我衹是打工的，不要為難我。打工的就可以不擔責任？客人有意見，你解答不了不能向老闆反應嗎？讓老闆來解答，老闆也解答不了就應該改進不是嗎？
第二天辦離店手續的時候，前台專門給樓上的管理員打了電話，管理員查驗房間後才予按金，我不明白為什麼還要查看房間？（因為入住時我己經叫這個客服把計生用品和一次性刮鬍刀收走了，按説不該收按金的）為什麼現在全世界的酒店在客人離店時都能信任客人，不再查房，雲水畔對客人這麼不放心、不信任，真是豬尿包打人～不疼膈應人！篇幅有限，別的就不説了。
