衞生特別差，床單被套臟，還有多少灰塵渣渣在床上，而且被套床單一看就是沒有換，上一個房客住過的頭髮到處都是！房間老舊電線橫七豎八亂接！服務員態度惡劣愛答不理的！竟然説我們房間就這樣你愛住就住不愛住就退訂單！並且我在網上下單是免按金的服務員卻要求必須交按金，還説網上是網上的規定她們酒店有自己的規定！真不知道**酒店掛在平台影響平台的聲譽？

對他們的服務非常不滿意，續住的房間不打掃衞生，叫了幾次就是敷衍我，前台的女人不知道是老闆還是服務員，態度非常差，叫她快點打掃，她一臉的不耐煩，拽得和****一樣。我來她家住店是欠了她錢還是咋地？雖然是房間不貴你們就可以這種態度嗎？？要是不願意好好開店的話，還是乘早關門大吉吧。
