Staff were pleasant room was clean but plumbing was bad, toilet didn't flush properly and shower lost hot water after first shower. Bed had a metal box frame that banged when you got into bed. It was ok for 1 night but I wouldn't stay there longer than that

This is a lovely hotel with nice rooms and jacuzzi suites. The property is well maintained and well lit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzies work well and are simple to use. I gladly use this hotel frequently.

The hotel was decently clean but the lukewarm shower was a big drawback. I normally do not shower with very hot water but this temperature was unacceptable. Furthermore, the breakfast was unpleasant even for a lowered expectation of the usual open serve-yourself breakfast at most hotels.

This hotel is always very clean, quiet, and staff are very nice. The mattresses are super comfortable! An easy ride to the York Expo Center.

I have stayed here before, so I sort of know what to expect. For the price, it isn't a 5-star hotel. Overall, its a decent place for the money, and in a safe area with a restaurant right next door, but I did have a very noisy next door guest who had the television at full volume until late into the night. Check in was a bit slow with a couple checking in ahead of me that seemed to take forever and they were paying cash for their room. The breakfast was so-so. Lukewarm eggs and sausage, and basic breakfast items were standard fare. It had snowed and was very cold on my visit and while the parking lot was plowed, the walkways and approach to the entrance were not cleared well and/or salted, so it was definitely a bit treacherous there. Still, close to where I needed to be, easy in and out and I'd give it an 8 out of 10.
