為了看託馬斯火車來住的島田，選了一個距離車站最近的。設施陳舊不堪，房間一股煙味，太臭了，還有煙灰缸。一晚上衹能開窗睡。衞生幾乎是我來日本感覺最差的一個酒店，從來沒見過這麼差的。
最可氣的是臨時加錢，但沒其他地方去了 不得不入住，加了 8650 日元。摺合下來一晚上要一千多人民幣！！説我兩人入住。如果我不是兩人入住的話，我訂雙床房我不是有病嗎？離了個大普。我幫大家避坑啦，以後的人千萬不要再定。

ロビーのフロアが階段を使用するため、荷物を持って上がるのが辛かった。それ以外はスタッフの対応もよかった。風呂はユニットバスでそれほど問題無いが、段差が大きくここでも辛かった。

入室したときに、洗面台とお風呂に髪の毛が落ちていて、事前の掃除が雑かもしれないという印象を持ちました。洗面台の栓のゴムに経年劣化のひび割れが多数あり、交換時期を十分過ぎているだろうに替えていないままでした。備え付けの椅子の座る部分に汚れが染みついたままで、張り替えるべきと思いました。島田駅周辺に手ごろなビジネスホテルが他にないので仕方ないのかなと。朝食が宿泊料金に比して貧弱だったので、前夜にCOOPでおにぎりとか買って結果としてよかったなと思いました。他はまあまあかなと。フロントの応対はよかったです。

とても古い施設なので、ユニットバスがひび割れていたり、壁紙が剥がれていたりします。タオルやシーツなどは新品で清潔です。
従業員は、フレンドリーで親切です、帯祭見物にはとても良い立地です。
