Hotel Front Inn Fukuoka Airport Reviews

Convenient location near Fukuoka airport. Good if you're just staying overnight to catch a flight early the next day, but a bit far from most of the nice places. Facilities were clean and amenities were pretty good.

This place is close to the domestic airport but far from the international airport. it's inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. in the surrounding area there are some restaurants. The room is quite comfortable but it is cramped to open a large luggage. they provide free toiletries and there is all-you-can-drink. But There are 2 things that disappointed me 1. I made a mistake and made a room reservation for 1 person and made a telephone call if it could be change for 2 people. The male staff on the phone offered an upgrade and I had to pay 4600 yen. I agreed and said I would arrive at the hotel within 2 hours. But when we arrived at the hotel. At front desk there were 2 female staff who didn't know at all about the reservation I made and the changes. The female staff recalculated and I had to pay 4800 yen. Their additional fee is 4400yen + 400yen (accommodation tax for 2 people). Which is different from the phone. When i ask why the additional fee different from the one called? the female staff said it was because there were two of us. But I already paid in full for 1 person and I should have paid as said on the phone. Since I'm too tired from the trip to the hotel and had early morning flight. I just let it be. 2. While resting, I heard a noise and it turned out the sound came from the AC in the room. Even though we didn't use it, the AC made noise all night. I was quite disturbed and lack of sleep for front office staff: it is better to speak slowly but clearly than fast but hard to understand.

Highly recommend. Room was better than expected and about a 1/2 mile walk from domestic airport in fukuoka I did not even need a taxi. Staff was very helpful and helped me dispose of a bike box. Arigato!

Good location near the convenient store and the airport. The front staff were nice and I really impressed by the smart tv. It’s safe so quite perfect for solo travelers.

The receptionist was very kind to me! I didn't ask for it, but they prepared a floor for women only, and I felt very safe and comfortable! Thank you very much☺️

The large bathhouse is very clean and well-equipped. The room is fairly clean, but the location of the hotel is a bit awkward.

Very small room. I think 300 is enough. It costs less than 800. Not worth it. But it is convenient to catch the flight. There is a car to take you to the domestic line in the morning. You can also take a free bus to the international line.

It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the domestic airport. The single room is not big, but it has everything you need, and you can take a bath.

The breakfast was also well balanced with a variety of ingredients and was very satisfying.
