下條温泉には初めて訪れますが、二軒の宿しかない、静かな山間に建つひっそりとした宿です。周りには観光的な施設はありませんので、ホテルに入ってしまえば館内でゆっくりと過ごす以外にありません。温泉の泉質も単純硫黄泉で、アルカリ性が強くPH９，６となまらかなしっとりとした湯で、美肌効果があり女性好みの温泉ですね。食事も美味しく、個室で頂くようになっていますのでゆっくりと過ごせます。食事の内容も一手間加えてあり目でも楽しめる内容になっていました。
