這家酒店全是石阡比較好的酒店，掛牌四星的，但設施比較老舊，浴室門擋不住水，洗個澡，衞生間水漫金山，地面長期泡水，已經凹凸不平了，好在服務還是不錯的，洗完澡可以讓客房服務來擦乾。前台幾位小姐姐都很漂亮能幹，有問題可以及時解決。酒店底層就是温泉，報房號就能無限泡，但温泉管理人員明顯服務意識不強，有孩子在打水槍也沒人管。温泉池子很多，水很熱，冬天可以全程室內泡，室外要走很長一段路，冬天太冷了，實在沒勇氣挑戰。酒店裡仙人街索道很近，可惜冬天下雪，仙人街景點關閉，沒能上去玩。
