The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but we can ask the front desk to arrange a car to take us to the hotel down the mountain. There is a bus station there. Breakfast and dinner are exquisite and delicious. Special thanks to the staff Mr. Liu. Fortunately, with his help, we can better Communication 🙏

The bath felt good. It was the best. The ocean view from the open-air bath was also very beautiful, and although I couldn't see it at night, it was amazing when I went in the morning.

The environment is good and the soundproofing of the room is good. Even a light sleeper like me can sleep comfortably. The service attitude is as good as ever. The location is relatively remote. When we got to the JR station, there was no free shuttle bus. We had to take a taxi. It was a bit disappointing that there was no station shuttle. Dinner is by reservation only. We didn't have a reservation for a hotel room or two meals. When we were hesitant about having dinner, the front desk staff was very proactive in providing dinner options. Finally, they took us to a Japanese and European restaurant in a big hotel on the beach, and even picked us up back to the hotel. Very thoughtful. The room size is okay. The hot spring on the balcony is very comfortable. It's not too refreshing to soak in while watching the sunset~ The breakfast is exquisite, and the must-have pickled plums, a specialty of Kishu, are delicious! I met a Chinese employee and chatted for a few words. It’s not easy to make a living alone outside.

The hotel service is really good. The shuttle bus is fully booked. The staff personally took me to another hotel or JR station. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and the private bath in the room was great.

The service is attentive and considerate, the food is of good quality, the environment is quiet, and the hotel location is slightly remote! If activities and facilities can be added, the attraction will be even better👍

The hotel is located on a mountain, which is more suitable for self-driving. I'm a bit disappointed with the in-room bath...the environment is average and the hot spring water is too hot...
