Shirahama Onsen is one of the three largest hot springs in Japan. When you come to Shirahama, you must stay at Kaishu. All the hot springs are very good. It is really like taking a hot spring bath on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. The scenery is very good. I highly recommend it.

5 star overall but if you are a regular to onsen hotel this is not too notch! Just reasonable in terms of what you pay . Food could have been better

The hotel environment is great, slippers are put on when you check in, and people who don't like to wear shoes like it; the room has a great sea view, but it's a pity that it has been raining and I didn't see the sunset, but the sunshine early the next morning couldn't be better!
