川久酒店第三次入住自助晚餐吸引，起愛食牛的朋友不容錯過，甜品豐富。早餐有很多選擇，酒店內有很多打咭位，房間寬廣。最近這次入住發現很多服務員來至台灣，韓國，越南所以溝通沒有問題。今次朋友們第一次到訪，吃了自助晚餐後想加住多一晚有吃不完的食物。

3/10王様のランチに行きました。いちごのスイーツがとても美味しかった。そしてお肉を焼いていたスタッフさんがとても気のきく方で３１年川久ホテルの立ち上げからの勤務の岡本さんの事をお聞きしましたら気を利かせて頂き岡本さんにお会いすることができました。ホテルはその様な計らいがあるので楽しいです。わざわざ席までご挨拶に来てくださり大変楽しいランチの思い出になりました、ありがとうございます。食事はどれも美味しく頂けました、イチゴのスイーツの種類は全部食べることできませんでした、残念です！！！又宿泊もしたいです。

初めて宿泊しましたが、内装の豪華さに驚きました。中世のお城に来たようでした。 部屋に案内されて、一見素敵でしたが暫くすると風の音がなんの部屋か解りませんが カーテン越しにゴーゴー聞こえてきました。当日は風が凄く窓が開いてるのではと思いましたが謎の部屋は吹き抜けになっており、その上部から聞こえてきます。フロントに連絡しましたら早速、施設関係の方が見てくれましたが当日は治りそうも無いとの事でした。 暫くしてフロントから連絡があり別の部屋に案内してくれました。 素敵な部屋で良かったです。ただ、其だけではなく夕食時ドリンクのサービスもして頂き ビックリしました。尚且つチェックアウト後、車に乗り込んだ際、プレゼントまで頂きました。印象を悪くさせないと言うホテル側のポリシーが最初から最後まで一貫されていました。今の時代カスハラも多いですが、常識的なクレームに対しては、誠意を尽くされて居ました。今度また機会があれば、お邪魔したいと存じます。 ありがとうございました。
