Great location just right next to the beach. My booking is a bit rush and so missed the half-board package with wonderful meals. However, free flows of deinks at the lobby is good. Onsens are very huge and beautiful with excellent shower heads

Great location as just opposite bus station. Opposite the road within 5min walk will reach supermarket and Daiso. The room is spacious. Onsen is open from night until 10am next day. The hotel staff friendly, helpful and arrange the futon for us. You also can choose your own amenities after check in. Free coffee, tea and some juice at hotel lobby and selected floor

Close to Bus stop, Lawson and many restaurant nearby. Staff are very nice and helpful. Room is fairly clean but it smells like its not yet been used for a while, old and not eough air flow. Even the air freshener machine cant help. Also, there is no lift to annex building, be aware if you carry large suitcase.

The location is good, there is free parking in the parking lot, and the beach is beautiful. The scenic spots in Shirahama are very close, and the hotel staff took us to watch the sunset on Enzuki Island. The buffet is very rich. I chose Japanese food the other night. I thought it was salty, but the food and plum wine were both delicious. The large bathhouse is nice, comfortable and of high quality. This hotel is in the middle of the road when visiting by car. It is nearby to go to the aquarium, Sanduanbi and Enzuki Island. Shirahama Zoo is very fun.

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, but the equipment and facilities are well maintained and clean. There are not many people. Non-disposable supplies are disinfected before use. Environment: The transportation is very convenient, just get off at Shirahama Bus Center. During this trip, we stayed in Shirahama for two days. After choosing for a long time, I finally decided on Musashi. The hotel environment is great and the service staff are also very friendly. First of all, take the bus from Platform 1 of Shirahama Station to the hotel door in fifteen minutes, so you don’t have to carry a suitcase. This is an important point. Secondly, you can reach all major attractions at the bus station in front of the hotel. And it’s a three-minute walk to Shirahama Beach🏖️. Finally, there are two hot springs in the hotel. The Kui Pavilion we booked cannot go to the hot springs on the top floor. The hot springs are very nice. There have been strong winds these days. After making arrangements for the trip, we went back to the hotel to soak in the hot springs. In addition, the view from Kwai Pavilion can see the beach. Very good

I was able to go to Shirahama just by walking a little, which was very nice. In terms of transportation, there are buses from Shirahama Station, so I had no trouble getting there. I was able to relax in the hot springs, which was very nice.

1. Shirahama Kuroshio. When you get off the station, there is a bus stop at the door. It is the departure station. If you are not sure which bus is there, just ask the bus manager for the name of the hotel and he will tell you which bus goes to the 14th stop. Get off the bus and there is a hotel at the intersection. Diagonally opposite the hotel is a convenience store and supermarket, and above the supermarket is Daiso Supermarket. Because the basic supermarket option that includes breakfast and dinner is of little use. 2. As soon as you enter the service, you sit in the lounge and get one-on-one kneeling service. The service is very detailed and not enthusiastic, but the service is very standard and polite. We were satisfied and stayed in several other cities later, but each one was not as good as the other. At least compared to this store, when I visited Japan 5 years ago, the service quality of most stores is far behind many stores in the city today. 3. Both breakfast and dinner are buffets, which are very good, with both Japanese and Western dishes. There is also a small section of food for children. The steak and tempura in the evening are delicious, the sashimi is also very fresh, and the chestnut ice cream is also good. The service was also very standard. I didn't feel warm or unfriendly. 4. There are several pools for both men and women. There are no towels in them, so you need to bring towels from the room. 5. There is a free beverage and coffee area on the first floor, and the variety is the most diverse I have ever encountered. There will be free food after 9 pm. We had miso soup that day, which looked like beef slices in hot pot, but nothing else. 6. I booked a sea view room. The house does not feel old. The wet and dry parts are separated. I am quite satisfied.

I hope this can be improved. Environment: The environment is very good. Behind the hotel is Shirahama Beach, and not far away is Enzuki Island. Especially the feeling of bathing while looking at the sea is very good👍 Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and serious. Many of them can speak English. The food is quite good. There is a buffet for one night and banquet catering for one day of the two nights. The taste is basically acceptable. Shuttle service: Very convenient. However, reservation is required in advance.

Environment: Japanese-style room, with windows open to the sea, quiet and comfortable. There are free coffee, soft drinks and other drinks on each floor. Facilities: The bathhouse has five pools, including outdoor and large bathhouses. There are not many people and it is very comfortable. A sip of milk is a must after taking a bath! Shuttle service: I made a reservation for the shuttle bus to the station. The people in the store would take me to the bus and watch me leave.
