A very magical hotel, only when we arrived did we realize it was an "unmanned hotel" 😂 From check-in to check-out, I didn't see anyone during my three-day stay. Maybe it's because of the off-season? It seems like we are the only ones staying in the whole hotel🫣 Basically I did everything by myself, and I experienced making a Japanese-style bed once🫢 Because it can be rented for a long time, it feels more like an apar**ent than a hotel😆Microwave cooking utensils are provided👍 The environment is really worth 5 points👏However, the strong smell (probably the smell of hot spring water) when you enter the door may not be acceptable to everyone, but for me, it’s fine if I can’t smell it in my room😌 Please note that I have a room on the 3rd floor and cannot receive hotel wifi. If you are considering this, please pay attention 😉 But for this price...what else should I consider💭😆

It was nice to have a hot spring.

I stayed with my family and had a Japanese-style room and a Western-style room, which was very nice and clean. There is a kitchen, but there were no cooking utensils or tableware, so I thought I could have prepared them if I had written that they were not provided. The hot spring bath was very comfortable and my skin felt smooth.

Anyway, the changing room was dirty... It's unmanned so there's no one at the front desk and you check in by machine. When you leave, you leave your key on the table in your room. The room was average. I think it would be nice if there was a vending machine for instant noodles. I also wish they offered bicycle rentals.

I thought that we could have one person check in beforehand, but it turned out that everyone had to check in together. I didn't know how to do that. There were cockroaches at night, the hallways were unsanitary, and it was dirtier than I expected.

Wakayama itself has a unique smell, like sulfur. The ground? The hot spring? It's unmanned, so I was confused when checking in. It's an old hotel, but it's so dirty I was speechless. It's not suitable for families. It could be a little cleaner if it was cleaned. The hot spring was slimy. The changing basket was full of mold, and there was a lot of dust. The room was spacious, with a kettle and a refrigerator. I didn't know how to check out, so I called, and they asked me if I spoke English, and I had a hard time communicating in my broken English. This hotel is cheap for single people, so it might be a good choice.

The bathroom, changing room, and stairs were dirty. The changing room baskets and stairs were covered in dust. The Wi-Fi worked in the lobby, but seemed to cut out once you got up to your room. There were two mosquito repellents installed, but both were empty. They kept buzzing around while I was sleeping, making it difficult to get to sleep. If they could improve these points, it would be an excellent value for money accommodation without a doubt.

It didn't bother me because it was fine for staying there, but the image of the room I was staying in was different from what I saw in the picture. The air conditioning and other facilities were comfortable.

The smell of sulfur is bothersome. The whole inn smells of sulfur, and the bathroom smells strangely bad. The tatami mats are ripped and the rushes get on your clothes. The wifi is strangely weak, but that's not the same.
