The location of the mixed bath is very good, and the scenery after the typhoon is a must. Due to the suspension of the typhoon JR, the dinner reserved in the store cannot be refunded if it is not eaten. The waiter did not speak Chinese, and the front desk service is relatively average.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The view from our room was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the private onsen, which allowed us to unwind while watching the stunning sunset. The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made our stay even better. However, the hotel's location is next to the beach, which means you have to climb a slope to get there. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.

The building and facilities is modern. When we arrived the hotel, they will escort you to take the welcome drink first in lounge then the the lady receptionist will explain the facilities and show you the way to room. The hot springs is really comfortable and facing the town. Room is average as we booked the standard room but they do have rooms with balcony. Highly recommend! The dinner meal is served Italian and taste is yummy with quality. Morning breakfast is extremely delicious compared to other resort hotel. They serve fresh sushi, fruit, juice…… and separate three different sessions to eat. In summer, swimming pool is open to use & gym room is available. When we leave the hotel, two gentlemen help us put the luggages inside the car and farewell us until our car totally away from hotel. Really enjoyable the stay and recommend who come to Shirahama.

Key Terrace Hotel Seamore is a really lovely, modern and chic hotel in the south of Wakayama Prefecture. We stayed in a sea view room with Tatatmi area, and booked dinner at one of the two traditional restaurants within the hotel complex. First, the views are wonderful. Taking a relaxing moment at the infinity footbath, or a drink in the beer garden at night are absolute musts to enjoy the sights. You can also visit the underwater observatory, or use the onsen facilities. Some other reviews have mentioned, unfortunately, the place is surrounded by nature, and that means bugs. They're like cockroaches but not. If you're creeped out by things that scuttle, don't go to the outdoor onsen. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sandanbeki caves, and a five minute walk to the fisherman's wharf. A short car ride will take you to Adventure World. within the hotel there are lots of facilities for enjoying your night for families or groups of friends. There's also a karaoke room on the 3rd floor (book in advance). Dinner was phenomenal. We had a selection of foods from the region, including freshly caught abalone and a freshly prepared mackerel sashimi (the head of which they turned into a soup for us once the sashimi was gone). The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.

I went on a hot spring trip every year at a pace of about once a year, but I couldn't go on a trip all the time due to the influence of Corona, so this time it was my first trip in ３ years. Shirarahama is in front of my eyes, the view from the room is very good, the hot spring is very good, and the skin becomes smooth. As for the meal, it was just the right amount for us, but I thought it was a little less and unsatisfactory for young people, and the rice for dinner was not white rice, but cooked rice. If you want white rice, you can offer it from here, but if you don't say anything, it won't come out. Besides, the rice bowl is a small bowl that I think is for children, and it comes out in a small amount, so if you think it is troublesome to refill it many times, you should tell it from the beginning. The employees were basically very customer service attitude, and there were only a few unfriendly people, but most employees 々 responded comfortably. ３ I stayed for a night, but I was slowly soaked in the hot springs and healed with delicious food.

The third time I stayed at the Kawajiu Hotel, I was attracted by the buffet dinner. Friends who love to eat cattle should not miss it. The desserts are rich. There are many choices for breakfast, there are many snoring places in the hotel, and the rooms are wide. Recently, I found that many waiters came to Taiwan, South Korea, and Vietnam, so there is no problem with communication. This time my friends visited for the first time, and after eating the buffet dinner, I wanted to stay for one more night and have food that I can't finish.

This hotel has a large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces, and it’s free! Some parts of the room are a bit worn, but it's acceptable! There is a large area for guests to relax and there are many facilities! Very satisfied! I chose this restaurant because there were all-you-can-eat bison, but it turned out there was a surcharge! And it’s more than 5,000 yen, and only 8 pieces of head and tail! Not worth it! The time for one stay and two meals is very short, only 1.5 hours! And it’s served as a buffet, so you can eat in a hurry! You have to wait for the fish to be cooked over there! We have to go out to get food again over there! You still have to return the dishes by yourself. As a result, the fish is not cooked yet, and the staff tells you that the place has to be cleared. I have stayed in many hotels! This is the least leisurely morning! I saw many people were about to leave before finishing their meal! Not feeling very satisfied! There is no towel supply in the large bath. You have to bring your own towels in the room, but there are no bags provided in the room, which is very inconvenient!
