大手代理店を通じて手配しました（当然、そこで支払い済みで、別の地での後泊分を含めた『最終旅程表』を発行＝これをホテルに提示して宿泊できる）。 でも、チェックインする際に宿泊料金を請求される。『支払い済み』であると告げると、改めて確認後・じゃあここに記入してと宿泊票に記入を促される(二重請求した謝罪など一言も無し)。憤懣を持ちながら部屋に入って、先の『最終旅程表』を返してもらってない事に気付きフロントに内線。。。返ってきた答えがホテルが代理店に請求するのに必要だから返せないと言う。『それじゃあ次に泊まるところで提示できなくなる成る。どうするんだ』と叱責しても、そちらのホテルと代理店の対応に成ると訳の分からない主張をされ、いい加減怒ると部屋まで持ってくる(内線対応した者や責任者が来るのではなく『研修生』の名札を付けた若い女性が持ってくる)。 そのお部屋も個別空調も出来ない古さに加え、バスに排水溝には誰かの髪の毛がべったり。 全体的にハード面の劣化は止むなくとも、マンパワーの酷さは最低です。 新白河駅周辺には、東横インさんやルートインさんも在るのに、東京第一ホテルグループを信用して手配したのが間違いだった。翌朝チェックアウト時に宿泊責任者を呼んで貰って抗議をし、帰宅後・手配を依頼した大手代理店や東京第一ホテル阪急阪神グループ(本社？本部？)の総務部に電話で『あまりにも酷い』とクレームを入れざるを得ませんでした。(こういう件は当該ホテルに言っても無駄だと思う)。 私は二度と泊まらないが、皆さんも気を付けた方が良いでしょう。

It is comfortable to sleep easily and reasonable, so it is comfortable if you don't care about dirt or smell. Brushes and room clothes are brought from the front desk or if necessary. The dryer and toothbrush were in the room. Towel size １. Toilet and dressing room, and clothes that are taken off may be placed on the washbasin. I enter naked from the bedside. The bathroom or shower room has a bathtub. When the door is closed, the washroom feels quite narrow. No handrail. There is a place to sit in the bathtub. There was a blind in the window and I was able to see the scenery while bathing. It was a room that was not facing the national highway, so there is a chirahora nearby. I think I can eat breakfast, but I didn't eat it. No complaints at the front desk. If you stay, I wonder if you can have a non-smoking room.

The hotel is fantastic, the golf course is directly visible on the balcony, the spa is free, the service is superb, and the hotel with the best hotel service is so much. I will stay again next time.

We stayed in a standard family room. The overall interior was very clean and stylish, especially the spacious bath and washroom! The artificial hot springs also had a real hot spring feel with their smell and texture. The terrace deck was also a space that didn't feel cramped even when 6 adults had a BBQ. Also, the projector in the bedroom looked great and I was very satisfied! Is the Wi-Fi a little slow? Also, the futons are dime-sized and not for one person at a time, and if you live in a room on the first floor, some people may be concerned about footsteps coming from the second floor. That's why I gave it a 4 for the service and facilities. Personally, I really liked it and would like to come again!

I decided to go to a hot spring in Nasu with my 93-year-old mother, and out of several options, I chose Sanraku because I had stayed there before and my mother was familiar with it. The room was on the 4th floor with a great view overlooking the Nasu Highlands, just like last time. The open-air bath was the largest of any hot spring I've ever stayed at, and it was surrounded by trees, and there were no other guests, so I was able to relax. The food was delicious, including bowls, sashimi, fried foods, Tochigi beef, and corn rice. My elderly mother also left out some fried food and Tochigi beef, but she ate the rest. All of the staff members who dealt with us were very nice. In particular, the young female staff member who was in charge of dinner was very helpful and made the meal enjoyable. If you use a wheelchair, there are a few stairs in some places, which can be a problem, and the facilities feel old, but I would stay again to enjoy the view from the room, the open-air bath, and the food. .

I went there for the first time in a long time. Perhaps because it was a weekday, only the main building was open. The baths are large and the quality of the spring water is rich, so you can soak in a variety of hot springs in one place, and there is also a sauna. The temperature of the shower in the washing room was low, and at this time of year, it was very cold when I was washing my body. The dinner buffet was Hokkaido Fair. The boiled crab was delicious and not salty. The breakfast menu was also interesting, including the melon-flavored soft serve ice cream that was served at dinner, which was also available for breakfast, as well as black bean natto and farm coffee milk.
