This is my second stay. The station Chika is very good. Coffee is free in the lobby.

A business hotel with adequate services. Room was small but big enough for two persons with big luggages because you were able to place them under the bed. All the necessities were available: air condition, power sockets, water cooker (slow). Breakfast was modest (after a ryokan breakfast) but good taking into accountthe price.

About 5 minutes walk from Shin Shirakawa station. From the station, it is a shadow of another hotel and the signboard is not visible, but it arrives when walking north along the track. I stayed at the West Building, but check-in is done at the main building. West building cannot be put without keys. Rooms and breakfast are good as usual route inn.

Stayed on a tour. I knew it, but there are lots of facilities that small children would be happy with. I felt a little out of place because it was a tour with only adults, but I was satisfied with the hotel itself as a full-fledged resort hotel. The view from the room was wonderful, and the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the top floor was delicious. You can choose the size of the yukata, but it would have been better if there was a dotera to wear on top.

The hotel is fantastic, the golf course is directly visible on the balcony, the spa is free, the service is superb, and the hotel with the best hotel service is so much. I will stay again next time.

エントランス横の庭にには椿が咲いていてとてもキレイでした。赤い椿は女風呂の庭でも咲いており、見頃で華やかでした。 チェックインの手続きをした後、お抹茶とお饅頭を美しくロビーラウンジにていただきました。ロビーラウンジは木のぬくもりが感じられました。 和室のキレイな部屋は広縁も兼ねているようで、藤の椅子とテーブルもありました。 部屋の鍵二本あり、またお部屋もお菓子は二種類です。 また洗面所には、化粧水など男女用が置かれています。 お風呂の温泉は、少しだけ硫黄の香りを感じました。ヒノキの露天風呂は大きいです。 内風呂も大浴場です。 洗面エリアにはオールインワンなどが置かれています。 つれあいは、男湯の浴槽の手すりのあるところから入ったら、浴槽下の排水管にでっぱりがあり、強打して足を痛めてしまったと言ってました。 「宿の人に電話で伝えれば。」と言ったら、とりあえずアンケートに「状況と交換が必要では。」と書いていました。 夕食は小さな個室でいただきました。春を感じさせるどの品も美しく、美味でした。 魚介のサラダにはあんこうものっていて、サウザンドレッシング(?)と良く合いました。 つれあいは、「お刺身が新鮮で美味しいですね。」と仲居さんに告げていたら、隣県福島からの取寄せとのことでした。しのぎのお蕎麦はこんにゃく麺とのことてすが、こんにゃくとは分からずでした。 お酒は300ccで1100円もあり、何本か頼みました。 2時間くらいかけてゆっくり、夕食を楽しみました。 夕食後は、ラウンジで食後酒やルイボスティーなどが置かれてました。 カカオ焼酎やコーヒー焼酎があり、ほんの少しテイスティングしてみたら、なかなか良い味でした。 つれあいは、「カティサークなんて懐かしいなぁ。」とウイスキーを飲んでました。 ルイボスティージャスミンティー　チョコクッキーや、柿の種などのおつまみもありま 朝食も個室にて、美味しくいただきました。 チェックアウトの時に、つれあいが男風呂のお風呂の底の手すりのあたりの排水管の蓋の不具合(でっぱっている？)につき、足のひら(下)を強く打ったとお宿の方に告げました。 普段は何が起きても何も言わないつれあいが言った位なので、よほど打った時に痛かったのだろうと思います。 お宿の方はその不具合についてはすでに把握している、しかし、構造上、直せないとの事で、「痛い思いをさせて、すみません。」とお詫びの言葉がありました。 今回は踏んで痛いで済んだものの、足の弱い方だともっと大変な事になるかもしれません。今後、何らかの対策をしていただければと思います。

There is quite a dirty under the wall of the room. Many of them are rubbed with shoes and bags. It doesn't fall easily. The bed was high in legs and had space under the bed. It is comfortable to sleep easily and reasonable, so it is comfortable if you don't care about dirt or smell. Brushes and room clothes are brought from the front desk or if necessary. The dryer and toothbrush were in the room. Towel size １. Toilet and dressing room, and clothes that are taken off may be placed on the washbasin. I enter naked from the bedside. The bathroom or shower room has a bathtub. When the door is closed, the washroom feels quite narrow. No handrail. There is a place to sit in the bathtub. There was a blind in the window and I was able to see the scenery while bathing. It was a room that was not facing the national highway, so there is a chirahora nearby. 大手代理店を通じて手配しました（当然、そこで支払い済みで、別の地での後泊分を含めた『最終旅程表』を発行＝これをホテルに提示して宿泊できる）。 でも、チェックインする際に宿泊料金を請求される。『支払い済み』であると告げると、改めて確認後・じゃあここに記入してと宿泊票に記入を促される(二重請求した謝罪など一言も無し)。憤懣を持ちながら部屋に入って、先の『最終旅程表』を返してもらってない事に気付きフロントに内線。。。返ってきた答えがホテルが代理店に請求するのに必要だから返せないと言う。『それじゃあ次に泊まるところで提示できなくなる成る。どうするんだ』と叱責しても、そちらのホテルと代理店の対応に成ると訳の分からない主張をされ、いい加減怒ると部屋まで持ってくる(内線対応した者や責任者が来るのではなく『研修生』の名札を付けた若い女性が持ってくる)。 そのお部屋も個別空調も出来ない古さに加え、バスに排水溝には誰かの髪の毛がべったり。 全体的にハード面の劣化は止むなくとも、マンパワーの酷さは最低です。 新白河駅周辺には、東横インさんやルートインさんも在るのに、東京第一ホテルグループを信用して手配したのが間違いだった。翌朝チェックアウト時に宿泊責任者を呼んで貰って抗議をし、帰宅後・手配を依頼した大手代理店や東京第一ホテル阪急阪神グループ(本社？本部？)の総務部に電話で『あまりにも酷い』とクレームを入れざるを得ませんでした。(こういう件は当該ホテルに言っても無駄だと思う)。 私は二度と泊まらないが、皆さんも気を付けた方が良いでしょう。
