The room was clean. Complimentary water bottles were provided on a daily basis. Most of the workers at the hotel speak good english. The wifi wasn't that strong.

Trip.com you need to align with this hotel and make sure you post the correct room details. This hotel only have single, double room and suites. It does not have a triple room as posted on your site. As a customer, if I booked a triple room I would expect a more spacious room with equal size of beds. Not a double bed room with added extra bed.

The Homa Hotel is named after HOMA, the legendary hawk-beaked beast in ancient Persia. The hotel as a whole has a modern layout, but the detailed decoration in the lobby also reveals the aftertaste of ancient Persia. For example, the themed relief murals in the lobby reflect the ancient Persian style. Nowruz celebration. The hotel is very grand and the view is outstanding. The staff are also very attentive and attentive. I was very impressed with the high-quality dried apricots provided at the breakfast buffet. We have traveled to many countries in West Asia and the Middle East. This is the best dried apricot I have ever tasted. It is said that Fars Province is the region with the purest ancient Persian ancestry in the entire Iran. Most of the hotel staff are handsome and look very similar to the ancient Persians in the Persepolis murals from the side. It is considered the best hotel in Shiraz, and most of its guests are elegant. An elegant British lady shared her travel experiences in Iran with me, and I am very grateful for her recommendation.

Amazing

The location is a little bit out of the way, but it only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city, so it's not too far. There is a park not far to the right when you go out. You can walk to Paradise Garden about 2 kilometers away, which is quite convenient for tourists with plenty of time. The front desk service is friendly and the lobby is relatively spacious and comfortable, where you can sit and drink coffee to spend time. Room facilities are a bit old.

Advantages: The hotel is in a very good location, close to Paradise Garden, about a 15-minute walk. The room is really big! Disadvantages: The old local five-star bar seems a bit indifferent to customers. But it is indeed a bit old, and it can still be maintained. It should have been brilliant in the past!

The breakfast is very poor, there is no wifi and the cleaning lady does not clean the room every day and does not put out the towels.

The room facilities are acceptable, but a bit noisy, about 1.5 kilometers away from the main city. However, the two wooden-faced front desk ladies have refreshed my bottom-line understanding of the hotel service industry. Intuitively speaking, they are as noble as queens, and whatever they do when facing guests can make people's blood pressure rise... The first one was at check-in Encountered, I was given a room on the first floor. When I expressed my wish for a quiet room and asked about the situation of this room, I asked "Have you checked it? How do you know it's not quiet if you haven't checked it?", I wanted to confirm that the first floor is the lobby When I went up to another floor, I said contemptuously, "Why do you think this is the first floor, this is the ground floor?" When I found that the room was really noisy and I tossed down to change rooms, I was cold and blunt throughout the process, and I was impatient to say another word ;The second lady I met when I checked out was even more strange. She actually told me that I could not store my luggage. Seeing her throwing faces at her manager and bellman equally, and taking the 21st as the 22nd with extremely poor business ability, even if I got the date on the phone, I still insisted that it was the 22nd... Although the front desk cannot represent the property of the hotel, sometimes a certain link is too bad, so bad that it breaks through the lower limit, which will make the whole check-in process insecure, such as Homa Hotel

It's not bad, but a little crude, and there are not many choices in Iran

A local five-star hotel with a super affordable price. The hotel facilities are well equipped, and the services in all departments are very good. The hotel environment is good, with its own large garden, and the restaurant environment is also very good. In short, it is excellent value for money

This hotel is being updated by spending a lot of money. If you plan to travel to Shiraz, be sure to visit this hotel. Try the renovated rooms. Soon after the completion of the renovation process, it will be one of the best hotels in Shiraz. The location of this hotel is very close to the tomb of Hafez and this is the biggest advantage of this hotel.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and were very disappointed with many things in this hotel including the room stained carpets, cleanliness, bathroom toilet seats had not enough room to sit on if you are over 60 Kg! Bathtubs were so old and deep that every time I walked out of the shower I thought I will trip before I landed on the ground... We used their laundry service where they had not posted any pricing for how much they charge for each item and at the time of the checkout, we were charged 580,000 Toomans for laundering 5 pair of socks, 5 underwear and 2 T-shirts!! We called to ask about this ridiculous charge from the manager and they just shrugged their shoulders and ignored us!! Terrible management and service! Would not recommend this hotel.

It is as clean as a motel. Location is good. Food is mediocre. Clock in the room doesn’t work. Staff are friendly but are not well dressed and chique. We were for a business trip here and stayed for one night. I had stayed here before and I wanted to give it a chance. Anyway, it is economically good hotel.
