Location, food are good. The room which was given to us door lock card was not working and every time we have to ask for key at reception to open the door. Tv is there but channels are not coming, we ask the staff to start the tv but no one respond.

Room is clean but the sheets used on bed aren't clean enough also hotel staff says hot water service is 24/7 but i dont see it coming, i only got luke warm water that to only for one person.

The hotel rooms were not maintained clean and the towels provided were dirty. There were a lot of stains on the pillow.

Pleasant experience during my stay. Hotel staff vijay and goutham were very cordial. Food was good. Room was very clean and service was timely. Good place to stay when you visit shridi.
