Everywhere is dirty, and there is a musty smell when you enter the room. If it is not close to the place where you are on a business trip, you will not book this place. It is too different from the picture. It is recommended that you choose this place after comprehensive consideration.

Poor customer service. Due to COVID restrictions the event we were supposed to attend was moved. I contacted the Cranmore guest house requesting to amend our booking to September, I either got no reply or 1 word answers, apparently this was the caretaker. It’s a good job I called to confirm our booking, as he had amended our booking to September 2022 and they now have no rooms available leaving us without any accommodation. I would not recommend or if you do follow up your booking with a phone call to confirm they have entered it correctly on their system.

Needed accommodation other than a hotel and this place suited me perfectly,a good selection of rooms,generous tv area(tv in room also) large well equipped kitchen and laundry room and a friendly and helpful manager/owner.Place was clean and comfortable
