石獅金璟大酒店地處繁華鬧市區，地理位置相當優越，出行購物和品嚐當地美食極為便利，這一點值得肯定。酒店前台工作人員的態度和效率令人印象深刻，他們展現了良好的職業素養和客户服務意識，使得入住接待環節頗為順暢。
然而，與此同時，酒店在其他方面的表現卻存在明顯的不足。首先，停車場管理與服務不盡人意，不僅車位緊張，而且相關服務流程可能不夠規範，給自駕賓客帶來了諸多不便，降低了住宿體驗。
其次，衞生條件方面確實讓人擔憂。客房內的地毯清潔度明顯欠缺，污漬顯眼，這不僅影響了視覺觀感，更對居住環境衞生造成了直接影響，不符合高品質酒店應有的標準。
此外，酒店內部結構佈局的問題也導致了一定程度的困擾。酒店與樓下的KTV、足浴場所共用同一部電梯，導致夜間時段人流混雜，噪音問題尤為突出，嚴重影響了入住客人的休息質量。這種設計顯然沒有充分考慮到不同功能區之間的隔音和私密性需求，對於尋求安靜舒適的商務或休閑旅客來説，無疑是一種遺憾。
