前台那個男的，服務態度差的不行，訂的標準大床房，因為攜程可以免費升級房型，於是進門就和前台説了兩遍，結果給我安排了一間床一米五的單層房型，通過訂房界面可以看出這就是最基礎的房型，我覺得前台沒升級房型於是打給攜程客服讓他向前台確認一下。溝通完後前台打電話給我，第一句就是您是對房間是有什麼不滿意的嗎？這讓人聽着就在陰陽怪氣吧？我説那床就一米五，升級後不應該是一米八的嗎，他還説給我升級房型了，不行讓我回酒店換房間。在換房間的時候還説已經給我升一級了，我不滿意就升兩級，我真笑了，以為第一次祝你家？懶得跟你爭辯，還在那陰陽怪氣。最後升了個一米八大床的樓中樓，房間在二樓，還要扛着行李箱上去，行政套房樓中樓是吧，一個人站上去就嘎吱嘎吱響，水龍頭力氣小的都掰不動，甚至一樓都沒裝修完，你廁所隔壁留着當私人空間是吧。打掃的阿姨也沒給我房間換垃圾袋，廁紙就放在一樓讓我自己拿上去。床單和浴巾都破的不成樣了也不捨得換。全是雷，真的無語。

The service at the counter is good. It’s very convenient to have a shopping mall right outside your door. However, the decoration and corners are a bit old and damaged and need some repairs. I stayed here for 5 days and will stay here again if I have the chance.

The location is OK, but the hygiene is not satisfactory. The bathroom is not well maintained and smells bad. I stayed there one night in advance for an exam at Minnan Polytechnic. I arrived late and went out for a walk. It was too late when I got back to the hotel, so I was too lazy to change rooms.
