設施：裝修很老舊，一驗能看出裝修很久了，沒有重新裝修，抽水馬桶的墊圈和蓋子以前掉下來過，沒有換新的，而是打膠重新粘在馬桶底座上，看着很噁心。樓後邊的停車場很小。
環境：位置不錯周邊比較熱鬧
衞生：差，房間沒清理乾淨，枕頭下有頭髮，讓人住的很不開心。
服務：特別差勁，前台衹有一個工作人員，是個沒穿工作服的小姑娘，説話像沒經過培訓，像是臨時叫來幫忙的臨時工，服務很差。晚上到店了沒人引導停車，地下停車場顯示客滿不放車進去，問這個前台，她説後面還有停車場，問能不能帶我過去，她説她對這裏也不太熟，帶我去的話她會迷路，我看見酒店正門外人行道有幾輛車停，問她前面能不能停，她説能停，但交警會貼條，講話口氣給人感覺是不想幫客户解決問題，而是和客户開無意義的玩笑。住過那麼多酒店，從沒見過這麼不專業的前台。
