辦理入住的時候前台的特別好，特殊情況幫我換了個樓層。
入住後不小心把床單弄臟了，客房阿姨態度特別好跟我説明瞭情況，需要我們自己承擔清洗費，可能20元左右。
退房時換了個前台服務員，要我賠償30元，我隨口説客房阿姨給我們説的20元。馬上當著我們麪給客房阿姨打電話，態度特別差邊翻白眼邊責怪阿姨是不是説了20元。
我們都還沒走 當著我們面質問阿姨，是覺得金額説少了還是覺得是我們自己胡亂説的金額？
最後前台説因為阿姨説的20就付了20元清理費 差評給的後面前台
