Stayed here for 2 nights. I chose the ``Western-style twin room with a view of the trees.'' It wasn't bad because you could see the trees, but the view from the west building/observation side was spectacular, which made a big difference in the value of the room. Water server in the room? There was plenty of water and ice, and the hot water pot was also full of water. It was delicious. The buffet was varied and varied both in the evening and in the morning, so I was able to eat for two days without getting bored. I arrived before noon because the forecast was for a linear rain band, but there were enough desks and chairs in the lobby with a nice view, so I was able to relax while working. The parfait in the cafe area was also very creative. Those who ride the lift can get a discount ticket at the front desk, so don't forget to get one before heading out.

This is the third hotel I stayed among Kyukamura Hotels after Ibusuki and Kesennuma Oshima. Those were all excellent i.e. cleanliness, nice breakfast and dinner, location. You can make use of free shuttle bus from Morioka Station(about one hour which goes through Koiwai Farm). Sennyo no YU was the best among five bath they offer . It takes about 7 minutes to walk up and down to reach the bath whihc I believe one of the best baths I have ever enjoyed.

In the mountains, about an hour's pick-up from Morioka Station. The shuttle bus stop at Morioka Station is the West Exit Bus Rotary, but if you know the station in advance or don't have plenty of time, you'll be in a hurry. I was a little late for the departure time, which caused some inconvenience. I'm sorry. Perfect for relaxing in the mountains. It may be rude to say this, but I feel like the staff at popular vacation villages tend to be overbearing, but on the other hand, here at Iwate Yumihari Onsen, they are very attentive.

The next day, I stayed at Mt.Mitsuishi to climb the autumn leaves. Because I chose a cheap plan, it was a room without a bus on the cliff side of the east building. The room itself was spacious and there was no problem with the view from the outside terrace. The hot spring is a little far from the main building's "Taishaku no Yu: 40-42 degrees", but it's good enough for a stomach before dinner. I went to "Hakusen no Yu: 42-44 degrees" in the East Building before breakfast, but it wasn't that hot and I felt comfortable. Steak and tempura seemed to be popular at the dinner buffet. Well, the material is so-so, so it was reasonable, but I was satisfied. I set the time to 17:45, but quite a few people had already eaten. Of the three major noodles in Iwate, there was one other than Wanko soba. I had Morioka cold noodles and Morioka jaja noodles (udon). The jaja noodles were more chewy and I liked it. The nostalgic suiton-like souvenir was also delicious. The starry sky looked beautiful, so I participated in the star night from 20:00. When I left the lobby, I had the staff explain various things while looking at the stars in the sky, and it was easy to understand. There were only 6 people, but if the weather is fine at this location, I'd like you to participate. It's free. After the end, I walked to the front of the lift platform, lay down on the bench, and enjoyed the starry sky. I think it would be more beautiful in winter. The next morning, the sea of clouds spread out and it was spectacular. Breakfast starts at 7:00, but there were many people who went out to climb mountains, so there was a line even before it opened. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of products, and the Koiwai Farm milk and freshly baked bread were popular. I went to the Omatsukura gate parking lot at 8:00 for my planned climb to Mt. I gave up and changed to a walking route after climbing the lift, so I went back to the hotel and received a discount ticket for the lift. 2,000 yen round trip for 3 lifts is now 1,500 yen. There was a coin laundry probably for skiers. I didn't use it because it was my first night, but I am grateful to climbers.

Stayed 2 nights to participate in the Hachimantai Dragon Eye Sightseeing Tour. The location is on a hill overlooking Koiwai and Shizukuishi Basin, so the view is outstanding, and the ski resort is nearby, so it's very convenient. There are well-maintained walking paths around the area, so it's perfect for early morning walks. There are 2 hot springs in the hotel, 5 places outside the hotel: footbath, Amihari Onsenkan, and outdoor bath Senjonoyu, but due to the influence of Corona, the footbath and Senjonoyu are closed. It's a pity that I couldn't enter the mixed gender Senjo-no-Yu this time. The hot springs are very good with a sulfur smell, but the open-air bath in the hotel was only available once because the temperature dropped due to the outside temperature and wind. The food was buffet style for both breakfast and dinner, and the scallops, sea urchin, and abalone sashimi for dinner, and the yogurt for breakfast were very delicious. I stayed in the main building with a view of the Shizukuishi Basin, and it was nice to have a good view. The building is a little old, but the rooms and lobby are well maintained and clean. The important part of the tour was that the weather was bad and I could not see the beautiful dragon eye, but I was able to enjoy the day. I would like to stay in the fall foliage season when the corona converges and I can enter the Senjo no Yu. The hotel has a very good environment.
