盛岡駅目の前で、周辺に飲食店も多く、アクセス良かったです。クラフトビールのベアレンや、ぴょんぴょん舎、ローソンすぐ。部屋はコンパクトですが、静か清潔でよく眠れました。ひとつだけ、ユニットバスが、湯船に浸かってシャワーを浴びたら、トイレまでびしょびしょになっていました。朝ごはんはパンやサラダ、スープ中心でシンプルですが十分でした。コスパ良いです。
