The room content is perfect, with views of Mount Fuji and a large lawn. The restaurant service is unprofessional, making guests wait outside for more than 10 minutes and standing at the door of the restaurant. The order of serving meals is also confusing. Meal bags are served after finishing the meal soup. Meal packages also need to be informed to the waiter before they can be provided. Other services are satisfactory.

A very good hotel, far superior to most traditional five-star hotels. It has a great view of Mount Fuji, Shimizu City and the natural park. There is also the Shizuoka Museum of Art and the Kengo Kuma Observation Deck nearby.

We were unlucky to be there on a very stormy day, no view of Fuji for us. However, service and the breakfast were great. Overall, we enjoy our night at the hotel.

It’s an amazing experience. The hotel is very well designed. Super clean and very friendly and helpful staff. They try very best to speak English. The property is immaculately maintained. If you love modern architecture and appreciate good interior design, you will love staying here. It’s designed by the same architect as Tokyo SkyTree. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We drove up the mountain and there were many parking spaces. I saw that the hotel also has a shuttle bus. The restaurant is very good and has afternoon tea. The room is big enough, the breakfast is rich, and the big lawn outside is really great.
