Although it is a little far from Shizuoka Station, it is a business hotel in an easy-to-find location. It is a little old, but it is well-cleaned. There is a large hotel opposite, so the price is probably better than that.

The hotel is not far from the station, about a 7-minute walk
There is a shopping street nearby with all the stores. Donki is about a 3-minute walk away.
There is a large food court at the Shinkansen station
There are bus stops at Shin-Shizuoka Subway Station and Shizuoka Shinkansen Station to go to Nihondaira.
Don't look at Google Maps, you'll be wrong
Directly in front of the Shizuoka Shinkansen exit is the bus to Nihondaira.
From Shin-Shizuoka Station, go to the mall's bus terminal, Exit 5.
There are a few Cowherd shops nearby, but this does not affect safety.
There is a convenience store directly on the ground floor of the hotel

Check-in/check-out was done by machine, so I didn't have to interact with any employees at all. I don't think there will be any problems if you are focused on staying cheaply as it has the minimum requirements. There is a slight wait for the elevator.

Although it is compact in size, it was good to use alone.
The soundproofing is good, so I never woke up to noise.
The reception staff on the second floor were very friendly, and although the menu seemed to be almost the same, the breakfast was very delicious.
