The hotel has been renovated. I booked a total of three rooms for two nights, but the room cleaning is not included. Overall, there were no problems until check-out.
But here comes the outrageous part
When checking out, I accidentally took away a room card due to negligence and had left for about 10 minutes and got on the highway. When I called the hotel to inform them, the hotel asked us to send the room card back and even bring it back to them if we could go back. What is this operation? I think that I have stayed in 100 hotels all over the world, but I have probably forgotten to take away the room card once or twice. The hotel was very polite and said that you can just keep it as a souvenir. What is the operation of asking to send it back or even take it back?
I thought that I had already confirmed that it would be inconvenient to turn back. Besides, how much a room card is worth now is simply unbelievable and unreasonable.

It is very, very close to Shizuoka JR Station. You can see Mount Fuji from the hotel elevator, and you can see the sea in the distance from the room. The room is quite large, very quiet and clean, and the experience is great
