挺好的，裝修現代，乾淨簡潔，感覺比較新。前台友好英語不錯，有歡迎lounge小酒台，還有幾種pola的潔麪護膚小樣，浴鹽可以拿。出車站拐個彎就到了，性價比很高（特別是從東京和河口湖那邊過來的體驗）。

非常滿意，房間已經算比較大的了，床也夠大，前台有各種護膚清潔小樣，固定時間有免費飲料，前台工作人員服務也不錯，以後再去清水會再次選擇。

幫幫，看到床頭有白色東西，下去説換房間就給我換了。就是日本人酒店打掃衞生動靜大，其他都沒毛病

酒店的服務很親切，地理位置離JR清水站走路5分鐘，比較方便，酒店公共區域電梯、樓道不開空調，很悶熱。

駐車場（有料）はありましたが、停められる台数が少なく、予約が必要という情報もなく、ホテルから離れたところに停めざるおえませんでした。そういう情報はサイト内に記載していただきたかったです。
