It's quite good, with modern decoration, clean and simple, and feels relatively new. The front desk is friendly and speaks good English. There is a welcome lounge with a small bar, and there are several pola cleansing and skin care samples, and bath salts are available. It's just around the corner from the station, and the price-performance ratio is very high (especially for those coming from Tokyo and Kawaguchiko).

The hotel's service is very friendly. The location is 5 minutes' walk from JR Shimizu Station, which is quite convenient. The elevators and corridors in the hotel's public areas are not air-conditioned and are very stuffy.

There was a parking lot (charged), but there weren't many that could be parked, and there was no information that reservations were required, so I had to park far away from the hotel. It would be nice to have that information on the site.

You can feel the unique hospitality of Japan without any inconvenience. In particular, even at late hours, even if you ask for trivial things like the location of a convenience store, they respond very kindly.
The interior of the room is very clean, perhaps because it has been newly renovated, and it is very nice to have a bathtub in the room.
It was very nice that various types of eminiti such as shampoo, foam cleanser, and oil cleanser were prepared separately for single use.
