Also, I was happy that there was a homemade pudding made in a small bottle, but I couldn't eat all the bottom because there was no small spoon for dessert (laughs). The set may be better. Also, it is a negative point for me that the windows in the room are not open. In conclusion, although the room rate is cheap, is it a large communal bath of the population hot spring? With! ?? There is a drink service and there is no discomfort in the hotel itself, so I don't think the overall evaluation is bad, but it is still a difficulty that it is quite far from the station. Since Ichiou is a population hot spring, I felt that the satisfaction would be better if I paid 500 yen per person for 45 minutes by charter reservation system (in that case, I would like to have a morning at a nice cafe in Hitoshuku Town even if it is far away, so stay again I want to do it.

Although it is a little more expensive than a typical business hotel, you will be more than satisfied, and you will feel that it is better value for money than staying at another business hotel for just a few thousand yen. I have a good experience staying in Sanco Inn in Ise so I choose Sanco Inn again in this trip. I still have a great experience this time! The inn is near to the Shizuoka JR station. Many restaurants nearby! However, I don't find many cafes providing breakfast nearby. Luckily, Sanco Inn provides buffet breakfast. The choices entertains the Japanese and western breakfast lovers. There are not much choices but keep the basic and essentials. The staffs in the canteen are hardworking and nice! They refill and clean promptly. The room size is the normal one in Japan but still clean and comfortable.The only thing is that the desk is a bit small but I understand that it is limited due to the room size.

The hotel staff were very nice to direct us to the carpark that we could park at. They were able to communicate in English. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay there. Carpark charges is at 1100 yen. Quite affordable.

After staying for a week, it continued for another week. The surrounding food, clothing, housing and transportation facilities are very complete, the room layout is reasonable, and the suitcase can be opened to walk, which is already leading other budget hotels. Every time I come to Shizuoka for a fixed stay.

Since I had refrained from traveling during the summer due to the coronavirus, I went to Yaizu for the first time in 5 years since July 2018. The beautiful view of the sea from the room, the high-quality dinner for a buffet style, and the smiling faces of the staff were all very impressive, so we decided to go to this hotel in Yaizu for our first family trip since the end of the coronavirus pandemic. I did. We arrived at the hotel early and swam in the pool until 3:00 p.m. when we got into our room, but the only way to access the pool was by a small cable car. Children are very happy with it, and at the same time, it is gentle and a favorite for even a disabled grandpa. However, the last time I visited, the air conditioning inside the cable car was working properly, but it seemed to be malfunctioning and the inside of the cable car was in a steaming bath. (Well, the ride time is only 2-3 minutes, so it's not a problem.) The sea view from the room and the delicious dinner remain the same. Although I arrived in the heat of the day, the parking lot staff welcomed me at the entrance with a smile, and the front desk staff always greeted me with a smile...I was really taken care of by the staff, and I think it's a comfortable resort hotel. . I look forward to working with you again next summer.

I didn't chose the hotel but I loved it. Location was great, very convenient for the station, room was fine, front desk staff were kind and thoughtful. Enjoyed a better than average breakfast, included in the room rate. The whole experience was much more ”boutique” than ”chain” hotel. But the real glory of the place is the privileged access to the former daimyo's garden next door. Each morning at breakfast, the waitstaff encouraged me to step outside into the garden. On the third morning, I finally did it. What a lovely place! Japanese aesthetics at their best. And I had it all to myself. Would have been worth staying here just for the garden, but like I said, the hotel was good, too.

The blinds were broken, and when I first entered the room, they were slightly visible from the outside. I parked in a nearby affiliated parking lot, and the parking staff told me that I would pay at the hotel, so I thought I would pay at check-out, but it seems that there was some procedure at check-in? It didn't really make it cheaper for the guests, and it was just a hassle, so I think they should improve their collaboration with affiliated companies and the staff's operations a little more. I made a reservation without meals, but the price of breakfast was +500 yen on the app, so I thought I would ask for it, but the paper I received at check-in said 1000 yen or 800 yen. I wondered how much it was in the end? ? So I didn't use it. However, since it was new, the overall impression was stylish and clean. It was inconvenient to eat while looking at the monitor, but it was stylish, so it was OK. In addition to the electric kettle in the room, the drink bar was also good. There was a microwave, although it was shared. The location is convenient and the price is good, I would use it again.

The biggest feature of this hotel is that it is very close to the train, less than a minute's walk from the north exit of Shizuoka Station. The hotel's lobby layout and breakfast are also very Japanese. The room we stayed in was a corner double room, and we could see Mount Fuji on a clear day. The only thing I'm a little unhappy about is that I booked two months in advance. Not only was there no discount, but during the two days I checked in, the room price on that day was cheaper than what I booked.
