If you are looking for peace and quiet, beauty, and luxury service, this is your place. We loved our stay at Zemi Beach House. We had a beautiful ocean view room with a stunning view over Shoal Bay. The food at 20 Knots is wonderful. Most of all, the service is impeccable. We have also stayed at the Four Seasons on Anguilla and the two resorts are comparable in many ways. However, Zemi is smaller and much more personal. We preferred it over the Four Seasons (which is also stunning) for this reason. The gardens in the resort are also beautiful and we enjoyed the chirping of the birds throughout. We also enjoyed the wonderful musicians they hired on most nights, topped off by a homemade cookie in our room every evening. Enjoy!

An amazing property located on one of the best if not the best beach on Anguilla!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and well priced. We stayed for 2 nights using Hilton points. They upgraded us to an ocean view upon arrival. The room was very relaxing, amazing views and the bed was really comfortable. They also arrange for a taxi to bring us to the airport when we departed, which was around $26. There is a long beach to walk along. Gwen's Reggae Bar is just a 5 min walk down the beach. Live music on Sunday's from 1:30pm till sunset. Great drinks.

Forget Four Seasons! Forget Ritz Carlton! Zemi Beach is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed. Gorgeous beach. Serene. Luxurious. Proud staff. The hotel covered every detail including sun tan lotion at the beach. Well, they could use two ply toilet paper. Food was top notch!!

What Rockefeller said about every great beach deserving a great hotel does not apply here. Condensation dripping from ceilings, water that never drains in the shower, creaking beds, uneven treatment of guests, uncomfortable mattresses, are some of the things we have been experiencing during our stay. Many missed opportunities, which is unfortunate because this place has a lot of promise.

As the glowing reviews indicate, this is a superb property. The location on Shoal Bay is drop dead gorgeous. The beach - white power that stretches on and on and crystal clear water (often quite calm this time of year) - is easily accessible from all parts of the resort and the equally relaxing and beautiful infinity pool kept at a very appropriate and dreamy temperature. The resort is beautiful...the design and layout is intelligent and makes great use of space. The guestrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed (we had a K oceanfront). But it is the resort's staff that is the crown jewel. Friendly, helpful, welcoming, gracious...words don't do justice. I have been coming to Anguilla a long time and have great respect for the Anguillan people...their hospitality and professionalism is on full display at Zemi! Dreamy days at the beach, snorkeling in the warm clear waters (yes there is a reef with much to see...I am tempted to keep it a secret, please do not touch this fragile and in many places recovering ecosystem...just marvel the beauty), great meals (20 Knots; Stone; sushi; Wed night barbeque - all very good), jaw dropping Shoal Bay sunsets while sipping a mojto...what's not to love? My wife also loved the unique Thai House spa and raved about the service. This is our second year in a row (last years with our kids who also loved it) and we will keep coming back!

Was very clean and quiet. Staff was very accommodating and personable. The food was very tasty and overall a great experience.

We had the BEST family vacation! My husband and I were looking for an easy trip away with our 3-year-old son, and Anguilla being a 3-hour direct flight from Miami, it was close but still far enough away - we headed over for a week's stay and we were not disappointed. To start, the resort is BEAUTIFUL! All the charm of a small boutique hotel, but with the amenities you would expect at a large resort. Your first stop upon arrival is check in, we were greeted with rum punch (delicious!) and fruit punch for our son. We were given a tour of the resort by a wonderful gentleman, I can't remember his name, but he knew everything and was so delightful to speak with. Last stop was being dropped at our room. (note: Zemi Beach House is all walkable, but they do have golfcarts if you need a ride up the hill at any point). Our room had direct beach access, with breathtaking views of Shoal Bay and the crystal-clear blue water! The room was updated, decorated nicely, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week away. They provide you with beach bags and flip flops in the room, and also gave our son a giant bag of beach toys for the week, which really made his day and playing in the sand so much fun. All special touches! Also, every night at turndown they bring you fresh cookies, a sweet way to end your day :) We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning at 20 Knots, which was a nice way to start the day. Seating options are available inside and outside, either way you will see the ocean and beach. For food, there are plenty of pastry options and they are all baked fresh daily (so yummy!), omelet / eggs made to order, fresh fruit, daily smoothies, fresh OJ and coffee, etc. In addition to breakfast, we would order poolside snacks -- fresh fruit, chips and guacamole, conch fritters, fish tacos, and cocktails! Their rum punch is fantastic, and we also enjoyed their cucumber refresher on multiple occasions. For kids, there were plenty of options that our son enjoyed -- chicken nuggets, cheeseburger, grilled cheese and he LOVED their smoothies. Food was always fresh, and very tasty. We also stopped by the Bohio Lounge on some nights for a late dessert and drink - there is music nightly which is really nice as well. The lounge is really well done, seating is comfortable and inviting and the ambiance is fantastic. The staff at 20 Knots and Bohio are incredible. They were warm, attentive and treated our son like a celebrity. They are family focused and there to make sure you are well taken care of. Five-star service from everyone! Most of our trip was spent at the resort, there are plenty of very good food options and things to do, so you don't need to leave! The pool was a highlight for our son, and he also loved the beach. The sand and water are perfect on Shoal Bay, great for playing, building castles, and finding shells, and the water is calm enough for little ones to also enjoy. Cannot possibly recommend Zemi enough! Absolutely incredible stay all around! My husband and I honeymooned in Anguilla and decided to return to the island for our 10th anniversary. We stayed at Zemi for 6 nights and truly could not have been happier! We were greeted by a Zemi employee at the airport who was expecting us and connected us to our driver to the resort. When we arrived, we had a delicious rum punch while we checked in. We arrived around 2pm so our room wasn’t quite ready. They stored our luggage and offered for us to change in the nice bathrooms just outside the front desk. Once we were changed, one of the lovely ladies drove us in the golf cart down to the main area, showing us all of the important stops along the way, and then we sat by the pool and swam until our lovely host personally returned to take us to our room. She took the time to show us all of the amenities which we appreciated. We had an Oceanview King Room and the room was beautiful! It was very spacious with ample space to move around. We loved the dual closets with built in dressers and shelving. The bathroom was HUGE - it had a vanity for makeup, dual sinks, a large shower with giant shower head (placed plenty high for my 6’7 husband… a true rarity!) and an absolutely delightful soaking tub. They provided sandals, a beach bag, ample toiletries, bottled water and cookies every night at turn down service and had a mini bar with a small assortment of beverages (alcoholic and non) and some snacks if needed. The room had a very nice coffee/cappucino maker with Illy coffees and an assortment of teas. Our room had a view of the ocean over the rooftops of the restaurants, a large balcony with lounge chairs and a small dining table and chairs. We enjoyed having a morning cup of coffee/tea out there each day. The room was also incredibly quiet which was much appreciated. The hot water would not come on in our shower the first night and they sent someone to check it out within minutes and fixed it before we returned from dinner. We got the breakfast package at 20 Knots and it was amazing! There was a custom egg station and the most beautiful array of pastries, fruits, meats, cheeses, roasted veggies, breads and an assortment of traditional breakfast buffet offerings like pancakes/waffles, scrambled eggs, hash browns, etc. All of the ladies that served us at 20 Knots were so very lovely and attentive, led by the wonderful Stacey. They never batted an eye at any request and took such great care of us. I wish I could remember all of their names! We chose Anguilla for this trip because we wanted an incredible beach and Shoal Bay did NOT disappoint!! The water was stunning, the sand is beautifully light and soft. We didn’t experience any “rough” conditions - just some blowing wind a few days that would have made paddle boarding or kayaking a challenge but didn’t hinder our ability to snorkel at the reefs along the bay.
