Mountain View Resort

A great place to stay! The staff were friendly, the park was clean and maintained well. The facilities were great, we enjoyed mini golf as a family and the jumping pillow was a great hit. The pool and water slide provided a lot of fun for our boy and the pool lounges were comfy to relac in.

Beautiful views, great pathways around park.

We were really disappointed in our stay. This property advertises they have internet but they DO NOT. We wouldn't have stayed if we had realised there is no phone reception so couldn't make calls, receive or send text messages or use the internet. They provide WiFi vouchers but once logged on there is an error message that says "NO INTERNET CONNECTION". When we queried this at reception we were told "yeah it's just a bad area for reception, there's nothing we can do".

This is our second time staying in the resort. Everything was amazing. Easy check in and out. Staff were very nice and helpful. They messaged 2 days prior to our arrival to remind us about the bedding of the single beds in the cabin so there were no surprises when we got there. The cabin was recently renovated and clean. Lots of fun for the kids (pool with jacuzzi and slide, playground, jumping pillow and entertainment room). Cons: Phone network is really weak (Vodafone and Optus). They provide free wifi but again very weak signal. However, it can be a good thing giving you the opportunity to just enjoy the nature away from the technology.

We have just spent 4 nights here in the Executive cabin and loved everything about this resort. Our cabin was 3 large bedrooms- the main with king and ensuite, and both other rooms with 2x single beds. Plenty of storage in all rooms. Main bathroom was Large and also had washer and dryer and separate toilet. The kitchen was also full sized and fully equipped with plenty of utensils and appliances. Lounge and dining were also spacious. There was a split system aircon in the dining room- this took a while to warm the entire cabin but once it warmed up it was good. We also had a PlayStation, a TV in each room and a huge TV in lounge room. There was also front and back verandah with dining setting and chairs and carport. The resort facilities were also amazing- 9 hole putt putt, pedal carts, jumping pillow, basketball hoop, games room and pool as well as some planned activities being a long weekend. All staff were friendly and helpful from our initial contact to book through to check out. I highly recommend this resort.

We just spent 5 days here in an executive cabin. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Very well presented, clean and nicely furnished. Fully equiped large kitchen with everything we required and a full sized fridge oven and microwave. Split system air conditioner and electric blankets which we were very thankful for as it was freezing. Comfortable beds too. One kingsize bed and ensuite in room 1 and 2 x 2 single beds in rooms 2 and three. Large second bathroom with an in built laundry containing washer and dryer. Large lounge room with a six seater corner suite and a huge wall mounted TV. The park itself is immaculate and very well run. The reception team were friendly and lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a holiday here. Only negative was the crap WiFi.

The price per night is enough without charging an extra $25 for bedding on single beds and the beds are not made when you arrive, you have to make your own bed which isn't that hard but you want to relax after a big drive.
