(2) due to shortage of staff, breakfast ready only around 9:00 am according to reception (3) no lift to upper floors (4) reception seems to have no contact with taxis. I had to walk 300m to auto stand to find transportation (5) hot water available very late - need to turn lever to the right to get hot water (6) very limited channels available on cable (7) no english newspaper available (1) telephone intercom loose contact, on second day, i had to bend on knees below furniture to push the plug back. No action despite informing reception.
