I recently had the pleasure of staying at The River Retreat, and I am compelled to share my outstanding experience with the front office staff. I was warmly greeted by the front office team with genuine smiles and a friendly demeanor. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, taking no more than a few minutes. The staff ensured that all my preferences and special requests were noted and addressed promptly, which made me feel valued and well taken care of.

Its just a hotel with better ambience and a nearby river. Doesnt feel like a resort. Access is very easy close to high way. Good food and service. Swimming pool is good. A good space for an evening party, or a short refreshment. Not an ideal location for a holiday. Pool was under chemical treatment without informing the reception or guests .

Our vacation at river retreat was really nice
staff was very polite. The only concern was when we opened the window at night, lots of small flies came to the room. They should at-least install a fly trapper inside the room or somewhere else.

I stayed here ***** with my wife and were welcomed by warmly by the staffs. The room was spacious and clean. There were some issues with the bathroom with leakage and hot water etc. But overall it was a great experience. P. S: we visited during july 2021 and were the only occuppants there, if that freaks you out then watch out. But we absolutely did not have any reason to feel insecure.
