I was less than pleased. I called to book specifically to enjoy the hot tub and swimming on a random night. Was told hot tub and pool were working. The hot tub had been out of order a while. Pool was ok. They also charged me $2 for a key I left on the tv stand by the remote. When I checked out online.

Was a very good experience, other than I had to reject first room I was given key for. Almost inexcusable that housekeeping had not cleaned the bathroom fixture well enough. But front desk was prompt and understanding of the problem, immediately getting me into a new room. Still is a little concerning they don't put a high priority on bathroom cleaning, but I suppose that is typical of all hotels, in reality. In the morning I grabbed a glass of juice in the breakfast room, but wasn't tempted by anything else and opted to eat at a restaurant off site. Still, the overriding memory is of a very comfortable bed, and a quiet night's sleep. The HVAC system was also quiet, unlike many hotels who are content to offer units that loudly cycle on and off every few minutes.

Stayed here one night on business and it was great. The room was spacious, modern, well appointed and clean, although there were a few minor cosmetic issues that could have used attention. The hotel was quiet (no doors slamming) and the breakfast was good (not great). The Green Mill has delicious food (it is the restaurant attached to the hotel).

Not the best hotel stay. The general cleanliness of the main hotel was well. The guest room was not. Mattress was broke down, there was dust growing from the ceiling, power***** in the room was filthy, the bathroom ceiling was flaking from a bad repair job. Attendant at the restaurant accused my child of trying to pay for meal with fake currency.
