Has to one of the best hotel location I have stayed at. From the convenience of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping was fantastic. Can walk to multiple restaurants and shopping short drive to several grocery stores and other restaurants. Perfect location.

The hotel bathroom wasn't cleaned and there was visible scum on the bathtub floor. The toilet paper roll only had a little paper left and the room was not stocked with an extra roll. I had to call the desk twice to send up another roll because room service did not come at all the first time. The nighttime employee was not able to sell me snacks from the shop because they did not have access to the required application.

My very first stay Ata Hyatt was magnificent which caused me to want to stay there again. So I did later on at a different location which was extremely disappointing. It was so bad I never stayed at another Hyatt until now. I only stayed here because it was recommended by some wonderful people I trust and I'm glad I did. This Hyatt represents the Hyatt name well. I was not disappointed. The stay was wonderful and the staff was a well. If you're ever in the Richmond area I'd recommend trying this place, it's truly worth it.

Property is located at Short Pump Mall which offers many shopping and dining opportunities within walking distance from hotel. on the negative side, we had a full day from 8:30am - 6pm without water in the hotel. this was communicated at check-in, but my spouse had to work from the room that day, so it was inconvenient.
