It was horrible I requested a refund for one night and they said I had to go through the booking agency to try to get it because I didn’t like the the way it smelled nor was the bed comfortable at all I didn’t sleep the floor they gave me was noisy very noisy almost every one on the floor was out they rooms talking loud all night it was horrible

This property wasn't like you advertise, the manager on duty was unprofessional we did have towels or no remote control for the TV all we could breath was ****s also went was ready to check out it wasn't know one to check out

Ac was not working, the hall smelled like cigarette all the time, too much dust and not very clean rooms, the front desk staff were very friendly, that was the best part , beds not comfortable neither pillows, and since we didnt stay longer than 2 days there was no room service, we had to clean our own rooms

I like that the place looked clean but truly it wasn’t. There were roaches in the tub and in the room. I had to sleep in my car. I could not get a refund!

it was a housing project in rural Louisiana portrayed on hotels .com as a hotel. As I walked down the hall to my room the odor of **** and soiled diapers filled the air. I did not fell safe staying at this motel.
