Room was comfortable. Staff was nice, always smiling. The weather was awful so a lot of people were seeking rooms. The lobby was full but the staff remained kind and tried to assist everyone.

overall it was nice but they are under construction so you have to enter from the side.

Hotel in the process of renovations. Lobby area was closed and it was difficult to access the check-in area. Restaurant was not available without going outside in the cold and icy conditions.

The hotel is in the middle of a renovation and is in poor condition. The lobby is closed and the hallway to the restaurant is also closed. Our room was dirty, the widow covering was in taters and the fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and dirty. Not at all what I would expect from Hilton. I would not recommend staying here
