Excellent place for getaway. Very pretty and clean. Room has some paint peeling but I’d still stay here again.

The reception staff is top notch. Friendly and helpful. The WiFi is awful. I repeatedly lost connectivity with my iPad and the hotels Roku. I brought this up twice, it was never resolved. Very clean room, but I wish my bed was made and towels were changed each day.

Very awkward front desk staff in the evening. Walls in standard rooms are so thin I could hear people’s phone convos (even hear the person on the line) and everything on the tv. Property is beautiful and well maintained and the morning staff was wonderful. Mixed bag. Tough to accept some of those issues for the price.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was beautiful and huge! It was like an apar**ent instead of a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and efficient! The room was clean and comfortable! We will definitely stay here every time we come to Shreveport! I will recommend it to all my friends and family!
