Bathroom toilet & tub was dirty. Nice room but could use some upgrades. Staff was wonderful during check in.

The few staff members we dealt with were most polite. This place is a very poor excuse for a hotel. No valet parking, no room service, but most importantly, no housekeeping service. We spent 4 nights here and after the bellman helped us with our entry, we never had another employee enter our room. They do not empty trash or clean in any way. We had to put used towels and trash out the door. To get anything (towels, coffee, etc.) you had to go to the front desk. I paid a resort fee and would not dare enter the pool or gym. If my room could not be freshened and cleaned, then I was unsure how sanitary other facilities were. We got a bed, bathroom, and tv yet paid hotel prices. AWFUL

Everything was great except the AC wouldn’t cool below 72 and we sleep at 68. So we didn’t get much sleep…..

Tub is very slippery. Could benefit from a rubber liner.
