They yelp reviews were so bad about bed bugs in the Shreveport area that we canceled our trip to 3 days instead of 5. We sprayed our rooms prior to unpacking. There was a mattress in 408 that had yellow rings and hair under the head of the bed. The staff was very professional and helpful. The lady in charge of the am breakfast was engaging and very helpful , she was bald and so animated . Please give her her kudos.

My reservation from Kayak/*********** was recorded incorrectly for one night instead of two. Returning from the day’s activities I found my key didn’t work and all of my things had been removed to a storage room. Even after showing the booking information and confirmations the staff’s response was “We don’t know how to fix it.”. They just looked at me and didn’t take steps to honor the 500 dollar booking. Minus some very unpleasant complaining they would have put me on the street. This is the 2nd time I’ve had booking problems here. Another time staff were apparently staying in the rooms and we had to wait at midnight for them to move and clean the room. Two strikes and done.
