Whike the deocr and esthetic of property was nice, the basic needs of guest were not met. Pilows had no pillow case and all piled up in a chair. There was no soap and shapoo, no coffee or water cups.
Based of lack of attention to guest needs, wouls not stay again.
Although location is in unsfae area, we felt safe in the hotel.

The lobby was very large and nice. The room was okay but smelled like smoke and was supposed to be a non smoking room. The breakfast was extremely limited supposedly due to it being a weekend.

My husband and I stayed one night and we were very impressed. When we arrived, we were told that our original room was not available but he upgraded us without any extra charge. The room was very large and very clean. The beds ( 2 queen ) were very comfy and each bed had 4 pillows which were also better than any I've had in other hotels. We have no complaints at all and if we are in the area again, we will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend

My stay was pretty good after a rocky start. I wished for first floor, got fourth. My room key lost its memory. When i woke up Monday morning and there was no breakfast - i almost checked out. But, i stayed and Tuesday’s breakfast was excellent.
