The room layout is very warm, simple, clean and comfortable. The store was warm and considerate. I took my child to take the exam, and the store proactively contacted the vehicle to take us to our destination. Thank you very much for the store's help.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Anton Guest House. From the moment we booked, Louise did everything to ensure our stay and first visit to Shrewsbury was faultless and enjoyable from start to finish. Knowing we were arriving by train, she provided us with easy instructions from the station plus a list of recommended places to eat. We cannot fault the hospitality Louise provides: a lovely comfortable room, all the luxury elements ( the bedding, fluffy white towels, welcome tray to mention a few) Louise is a lovely lady and bakes the most amazing cakes, especially Lemon Drizzle Cake, what a treat! Thank you Louise. We will be very happy to stay again.

Think carefully before you book anywhere else! Easy to find, parking outside, charming host, short walk to the town center, couple of nice watering holes en route, and return, everything you need in the room, exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, whatever you want for breakfast, and homemade cake, cake like your remember when you ate it without guilt! This is a guest house, not a hotel. For an overnight stay to see Shrewsbury, it was fine for us. Would we stay again? could I have another slice of the cake please.

Just back from a weekend stay at Anton Guest house! We had such an enjoyable stay. Came across Anton guest house through wanting to use a ‘buy a gift’ voucher. Upon confirmation of the booking, I received an email with detailed information on where to go in Shrewsbury as well as suggested restaurants we should book. Upon arrival, we were pleased to see that was a great location and about a 15 min walk into town. Breakfast was delicious! Louise is a great host, she makes fresh cakes almost daily to provide to her guests. There is also a fridge available for guests to use which is handy. Louise has thought of everything to enable her guests to have a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back.

Our one night stay here was superb. The property has charm and is in pristine condition, and a short walk from English Bridge. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped, and there is a lot of attention to detail to provide guests with a quality experience. This is exemplified with breakfast - fantastic range of choices and nutritious and plentiful content. We had a very warm and helpful welcome from Louise, we were well looked after and we loved our stay here

Lovely B&B. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive and felt right at home. My only criticism was a lack of parking (though not the Anton Guest House fault). Also recommend a small bag as the stairs are difficult to navigate with a bag. Oh! And the baked camembert is delicious for breakfast. Would happily stay there again.
