Ji Hotel (Muhai Branch) Reviews

We reserved and prepaid for a superior room, but on arrival were told all superior rooms were already taken and got a normal room. The room faucet did not work properly in that room. We changed to a superior room on the second day and it was good. Not all rooms are in perfect condition. We also got a room on a previous stay where the shower door would block and be very difficult to open by one person alone. But these are minor points. We still recommend the hotel, the rooms are airy, the beds comfortable, the showers have lots of hot water and pressure, and the design is modern. It’s clean and functional . Breakfast is decent. The wifi is very good except that it works only when the TV is on and you have to re-enter the password all the time. We recommend this hotel and will come back.

The check-in experience is very good, I really like it, the service attitude is good, the location is good, the room is very big, and I upgraded the room for us! The air conditioner works well and the TV is big! The hot water produces a lot of water! The bed is very comfortable, I will choose this hotel next time!

The first time I lived in the whole season, I felt very good. I used to like to live in Atour when I went out. Shuyang stayed in Atour for the whole season without finding Atour! Surprisingly good. The room is big and clean! The voice of the young lady at the front desk is also very sweet. Good service and a wide variety of breakfasts. Nice stay experience. . .

房間很乾凈，前台給安排的朝陽的房間，採光很好！

還可以，工作人員都挺好的，就是床頭燈和走廊不能單獨打開，很麻煩，要麼很暗要麼很亮

前台小姐姐服務熱情，辦理入住快，安排房間大，安靜，舒適

住過這麼多全季，這家服務是最差的，明明訂房的時候有水果，每次都得問前台才給，有時乾脆不給，前台還説要鉑金才送，訂單上明明有寫，開房的時候都不看訂單的嗎，每週出差都有去住，都住快大半年了，前台每次去住的時候，都像不認識一樣的，和別的全季比，服務差了不是一點半點，有時候去住的時候，行李較多，明明前台和工作人員看到了，也沒人幫開門，就看着客人，一邊推行李，一邊用背揹着去開門，有時候落了東西在酒店，也從來不主動打電話給客人，都是客人打電話主動去問才説，有時候打前台電話壓根打不通。真不知道這酒店是怎麼管理和培訓服務員的

一直喜歡全季的風格，簡約大氣。酒店位置不錯，周邊配套設施齊全，吃喝玩樂都方便。進大廳就能聞到全季專屬的香味，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，回答問題很有耐心。安排的房間很大，也很乾凈，從進門就感覺很舒服。下次還來，給全季點贊👍

前台服務好，停車方便

體驗非常差，非常不好👎，最不好的就是昨天晚上我們定了三間房，到的時侯有點晚，前台服務員就和吃了葯是的待搭不理，問啥也是不知道！大家千萬換別的酒店吧，旁邊酒店很多，如果你想體驗非常不好的服務就住在這裏！一定要謹慎，好評肯定是刷出來的，我從來不愛評價，昨天真的是忍無可忍，做服務行業的沒見過這麼差的服務！

酒店位置很好，大廳環境特別好，香氛很好聞，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全，酒店前台的小姐姐服務超好，很熱情，包括打掃衞生阿姨也很熱情。服務很周到，房間簡約大氣，乾淨衞生，性價比超高，有種家的感覺，讓人住的無比舒心，以後有需要會再來入住！！！

前台小姐姐服務很好，很熱情，客房衞生打掃的也很乾凈，房間智能化，電視可以投屏哦！這次安排了一間朝南的房間，窗外的風景很好，酒店位置不錯，周圍就是商圈，有免費的停車場，住這裏真的挺方便的，早餐很豐盛，很有地方的特色，豆腐卷和白粥很好吃

房間衞生很乾凈，衞生間也沒用異味，我們去的比較晚，停車方便，前台態度超級好，還很貼心的提醒了我們很多細節，經濟實惠，性價比很高，非常滿意的一次出行
