We reserved and prepaid for a superior room, but on arrival were told all superior rooms were already taken and got a normal room. The room faucet did not work properly in that room. We changed to a superior room on the second day and it was good. Not all rooms are in perfect condition. We also got a room on a previous stay where the shower door would block and be very difficult to open by one person alone. But these are minor points. We still recommend the hotel, the rooms are airy, the beds comfortable, the showers have lots of hot water and pressure, and the design is modern. It’s clean and functional . Breakfast is decent. The wifi is very good except that it works only when the TV is on and you have to re-enter the password all the time. We recommend this hotel and will come back.

Husband is from Xiangyang. We often go back to Xiangyang, but this is the first time I have lived in Nanhu for the whole season. The hotel parking lot is parked in the underground garage. There are friends who come to stay. You can drive directly from the west gate of the parking lot. Turn right and see the all-season sign. (Don't thank me, my name is Lei Feng!) After the front desk clerk checked in, he told us the location of the breakfast and the location of the laundry room. At first, he didn't care about the twin room. Later, the front desk lady gave us a free bed room. I had to praise the service attitude. It was really super good.
