This hotel was perfect and reasonable price. I was happy for service, staff, activities. However, the towel was old please change them and I will get 5 stars for sure.

There is some hair in the bathroom but otherwise is also good

I got lost to get to the hotel. Checked out quite late.
First step in the hotel it was so nice, smell good, lovely hotel.
The breakfast was great. It was rain so I didn’t get any sun. However I will come back for sure! I would recommend this hotel!!

Suitable for family with children. The staff is nice and the location is not in crowd area but still in the central of the city.

Staff are nice and friendly. Rooms are functioned and well designed. But the A/C was blowing at the bed (exactly at my head) so it's hard to sleep. But the overall is ok.

BF is very good and nice coffee.
Swimming pool is too small for adult.
Room is good and clean.
Parking are is ok and enough space.

Should have been better! Not happy
This time my experience with Centara was not good at all. Dirty pool with no pool towels and we’ve to use our clothes to dry up ourselves.. service was not good as I expected. I know it’s a long weekend.. there are so many costumers but you have done better Centara!! It should not be this bad. Anyway Room are great. Good space. Soft clean bed. Nice room. My kid was super happy at pool yesterday so.. ok.
