Given the lack of quality accommodation options in town, Juro’s location make it an ok option. The lady running it is also very earnest and friendly, and some of their rooms can accommodate families. Despite these there is little reason to stay here. The basic, dismal-looking room is clean but rather stale with poor ventilation. It smells of cleaning agents. There is no air conditioning even though a panel seems to suggest it does, and no fan in the room either (we visited during summer). They also won’t make up your bed for you so guests should be ready to DIY. There are also no blackout curtains (only thin curtains) so it gets quite bright in the room. Guests can use the shared kitchen facilities on the first floor. It’s not horrible, but quality and value simply isn’t there. Despite this Juro may still be a viable option if you really need a place to crash in town. Only for one night.
