Positive: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war insgesamt fair. Das (erste) Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, einen Balkon und eine kleine Kochnische. Der Fernseher funktionierte auch, das Bett war bequem und der Service freundlich. Der Check-In verlief unkompliziert, ich hatte vorher extra angerufen, dass ich erst gegen 23 Uhr nachts einchecken werde und das war kein Problem. Den Strand erreicht man in weniger als 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Mankos: Das Bad im ersten Zimmer hatte starken Schimmel-Befall an der Decke. Der Duschkopf war nicht an den Duschschlauch befestigt und es kam zunächst auch kein Wasser aus dem Schlauch (man hat sich sofort nach Ansprache darum gekümmert). Trotzdem wechselte ich das Zimmer, welches anschließend viel gemütlicher war. Deshalb 4 statt 3 Sterne. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel ein wenig älter, allerdings noch akzeptabel. Außerdem war es sehr hellhörig dort.

This was obviously a lovely property in its day however, its now in need of a full renovation and new linens, mattresses etc. In a great location with so much potential but i would say its worse than basic as is.

I had a great time at Delphin Apart Hotel. Ayse and her husband are super nice and helpful. She speaks German fluently by the way.
I had a spacious room with a balcony for myself for a good price. There was a little kitchen where I could prepare my breakfast. And only a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely come again :)

Although the property is located at a very good distance to the beach and main street, the building requires complete renovation as it is very old. The room was cold and despite having an A/C in the room, it was not strong enough to warm up the room. The general condition of the room was poor and not very clean. Also the utensils in the room were not very clean and so not usable. The hostess was very nice and she gave us a choice between 3 rooms but unfortunately due to the nature of the building and rooms we will not be returning to this property.
