Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

Stayed at the hotel for a week as a family of three, sharing a Sea View Family Room. The room was clean and spacious, the mini fridge was stocked up. Very happy with the facilities. We did have to close the balcony door overnight as the noise could be heard, despite being on the 5th floor, but that did not bother us. Hotel is large, a lot to do for everyone. Plenty of sunbeds, never an issue to find one. Daily activities such as darts, volleyball, yoga, trampolining, water aerobics etc. are provided for those who want to take part. The pool and 8 slides seemed to keep the kids very happy indeed. Food is available through out the day! Ice cream was delicious and we are very particular about our ice cream:-). As it is AI and the hotel needs to cater for all nationalities, the meals were not Michelin star but there was always something available to suit the taste buds. There was a lady making Turkish flat bread, which we had for lunch, highly recommend, was delicious. Sadly, fruit was not great during our stay but we understand May is not a great month for that. The beach is 10 min drive away by the shuttle which departs every 40min. By shuttle we mean big comfortable air conditioned bus. The beach is very nice, next to water sports with plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas and food/drink available. Well worth going to. We actually booked some excursions from the seller on the beach, which were excellent and at far better price comparing to the offers by the holiday rep. We highly recommend the spa at the hotel. Turkish hammam is excellent to start the holiday with. They have a big variety of treatments. Lara at reception is very knowledgeable, friendly and looks after customers well. We have booked a package of massages and I can highly recommend Menduh as the therapist. He is also trained as a chiropractor, so knows exactly where to focus. Very professional and attentive. Evening entertainment was very good. And the cocktails at Harbour bar were well received. A few kids parties through our stay and the young ones seemed to have a blast. Please, do tip the staff! They work very hard and they have to live on in winter months on what they make in summer. Everyone we met was friendly and attentive. Thank you, Crystal Sunset for a wonderful break!

Ferdi is great for entertainment, he helped every time we needed something, and is super friendly. Great all round. The room is great, very clean with fantastic room service every day. The kids all love the waterpark which is within the hotel meaning we don’t have to walk anywhere. Brilliant hotel.
