Otel harikaydı. Personelleri çok ilgiliydi FMB departmanından Yavuz beye çok teşekkürler ilgisi için. Otelin yemekleri çok güzeldi. Otelin akşam etkinlikleri ve aquaparkı çok keyifliydi. Animasyon departmanının etkinlikleri çok çok güzeldi sağ olsunlar her konuda da yardımcı oldular. Ayrıca buradan Üveysi Beye de ilgisi, enerjisi ve hoş muhabbeti içi çok teşekkür ederim. Otel çok güzeldi. Yıllardır Antalyadaki farklı farklı otellere gitmekteyim ve bu otelin diğer otellerden farkı çalışanların saygısı ve misafirlerle olan ilgisi. Bunlardan önce değinmek istediklerim otelin yemeklerinin çok güzel olması ve garsonların ilgisinin çok üst düzey olması. Buradan garsonlardan Yavuz Bey’e ilgisi için çok teşekkür ederim. Animasyon ekibi çok eğlenceli insanlardı. Aktiviteler tatil boyunca durmadan devam etti. Kısacası eğlenmek ve kafa dinlemek için ideal bir otel. Mooie schone hotel echt veel plezier aan gehad. Geweldige shows elke avond en vriendelijke personeel. Uitgebreide open buffet je hebt ook veel mogelijkheid uit verschillende a la carte zoals Mexicaans, Italiaanse en natuurlijk Turks eten!! Aan het zwembad heb ik me niet verveeld door de leuke spelletjes en water spellen!

We are loving our family holiday at this hotel, everything is amazing. The food a fabulous and you will never go hungry. The staff are very hard working and nothing is too much trouble, Particularly Ferdi the animation entertainment- he's the best one and helped us with everything.

Third day at crystal sunset and it is a fantastic hotel the aqua park is amazing lots to do and the drinks and food very good … The night entertainment is brilliant and the staff are so friendly in particular Ferdi what a great guy so funny and always pleased to help in any way

When we first arrived at the hotel was very welcoming we wake up to some Angel grinding which wasn’t Pleasant but when we spoke to reception they was kind a enough to upgrade our room , room was absolutely beautiful so was very happy with that ,food is all inclusive plus drinks which is great for kids as they always want to snack on something , trips out of hotel the boat trip was really good for the kiddos the Safari was horrible for kids I wouldn’t even bother doing it with little ones as they was board and was a waste of money , entertainment was very good and the kids club is amazing The lady’s are lovely and always kept the kids entertained its a good place to take the kids when u wanted to spend some time with the other half my daughter always wanted to be in kids club I couldn’t recommend them enough aysen sude burcu fatmanur enough for everything they have done for the girls and the kids enjoy every min with them
